According to me first you have to clear 10th class only then you can appear for 11th class.

After clearing 10th class, you can take admission in 11th class in any school.

But in 11th class you have to select stream out of Commerce, Science, Arts.

If you are interested in science subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology then you should choose science stream, and if you are interested in Statistics, Maths, Banking work then commerce will be best for you.
