I know of NO campus that has a PhD in Human Resources.I have heard of doatorcl BUSINESS programs with specializations in human resource management, organizational behavior, and such.So, maybe that will help you to do the necessary research as I would expect any doatorcl candidate to do

Yes, it is a good university. It is UGC approved. And universities don't need to be aicte approved. The placement record can be best answered by a student who have studied or already studying there. Also, you can check its website regarding the placements info.
