MP PPT (Madhya Pradesh Pre Polytechnic Test) is conducted by the Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB), Government of Madhya Pradesh.

This examination is a gateway to various polytechnic diploma courses offered by the institutions of Madhya Pradesh state.


Procedure for Choice Filling of MP PPT


- Choice of institutions will be displayed, as per the eligibility of the candidate

-Candidates can fill in as many numbers of choices in the order of preference from the list of available institutes.

-Candidates are permitted, if they so desire, to change or re-order their choices, delete earlier choices and add new choices any number of times until they lock their final choices.



Choice Locked

After the choices are locked, candidates will not be able to change their choices any further.

A printable version of the choices along with the terms and conditions agreed by the candidate at the time of registration is displayed once the choices are locked.

Candidates must take a printout (hard copy) of the locked choices, at the time of reporting to the Reporting Center.


Counselling

The counselling will be done in July month. The counselling procedure will include in verification of documents, option entry and seat allotment.

The counselling will be done on the basis of the rank list calculated by the 30:70 ratio of high school and PPT marks obtained by the candidates.

-Last date of online application form: 27th May 2016

-Online rectification date: 28th April to 1st June 2016

-Availability of admit card: 28 June 2016

-Examination date: 3rd July 2016

-Answer Key Released: 6th July

-Date of result: Third week of July 2016
