Candidate should be Indian

Age limit
Candidate must have attained the age of 20 years and must not have attained the age of 25 years

Age relaxation
Up to a maximum of 5 years for SC, ST candidates.
Up to a maximum of 3 years for OBC candidates.

Qualification
Candidates must have passed out Graduation in any Stream from a recognized university of India.
