Girls can choose for office jobs like analysis, designing, tendering, managing
projects and many other office jobs in civil engineering.

In future you can choose off-site jobs if you think on-site jobs are a bit
difficult due to surroundings or circumstances.

After that you can either choose to be a Lecturer or Professor.

Now for being professor or getting job of structure designing you have to do

M.Tech. It will definitely raise your probability to get in above field. And for
doing M.Tech you have to appear for GATE exam.

You can also go for IES (Indian Engineering Services) exam.

It will get you reputed posts in the government sector after cracking the
exam.

management and others in government sector.
