Hey!!! Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is an online computer-based test conducted by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), India

AICTE conducts CMAT twice a year for facilitating institutions to select suitable students for admission to all management programmes approved by AICTE


Eligibility Criteria:

-Applicant must be a citizen of India.

-Graduates in any discipline can apply for CMAT exam.

-Final year students of Graduate Courses (10+2+3) whose result will be declared before commencement of admission can also apply for CMAT online exam.


CMAT Test Fee

-General/OBC: Rs.1400 + Bank charges as applicable

-SC/ST/PD: Rs.700 + Bank charges as applicable

-In Foreign Countries: $125 + Bank charges as applicable



Exam Pattern

The CMAT MBA Exam is a computer based test. The questions asked in the exam are objective type and 180 minutes are given to attempt these 100 MCQ’s.

For every correct answer marked, 4 marks will be awarded and 1 mark will be deducted for marking a wrong answer.

Commencement of Online Registration 1st week of November 2016

Last date to fill and submit the online application form 2nd week of December 2016

Last Date to submit application fee in cash at SBI Bank 2nd week of December 2016

CMAT 2017 Trial Test will be available in 2nd week of December 2016

Admit Card to be released in 1st week of January 2017

Exam to be held in 2nd week of January 2017

Date of Result declaration and release of Merit List 3rd week of January 2017
