Re: CMAT GD Pi Process
Yea the CMAT is provides its procedure with GD and PI process. Both processes are followed by CMAT for candidate’s selection. Group Discussion: Group discussion involves discussion of a topic given. A topic is thrown open to a group of students by the panel and students spend time discussing and analysis the topic. The topics could be issues related to politics, social affairs, economics, etc. Interview Personal interview is a session wherein a panel consisting of either professors from the college, alumni or industry personnel associated with the college interview the candidate. Sometimes the Director or Dean may also wish to interview candidates short listed for the course. Eligibility: Candidates must have passed a Three Years Bachelor’s degree examination with minimum of 50% in any faculty of University or an examination recognized by University as equivalent thereto But some institutes are following notice of the state higher and technical education department did away with group discussion (GD) and personal interview (PI) for MBA admission. The Common Management Aptitude Test (CMAT) score is enough to fetch candidates a seat in management institutes because the state has more than enough seats. There will be no GD and PI. Selection process: Stage I Maximum Marks Written Test – CAT and/or CMAT and/or XAT and/or ATMA/ MAH-CET 100 Psychometric Test (Online) 100 Past Academic performance 50 Work experience 10 Stage 1 Total 260 |
