Cochin University College of Engineering Kuttanad was established in 1999 under the aegis of the University. It is situated in Pulincunnoo, Kuttanad, the rice bowl of Kerala in Alappuzha district.

Courses offered and their eligibility criteria-

B.Tech. Civil Engineering

Eligibility-

12th or any other equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects with minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together

B.Tech. Computer science Engineering

12th or any other equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects with minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together

B.Tech. Electronics and communication engineering

12th or any other equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects securing a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.

B.Tech. Electrical and Electronics Engineering

12th or any other equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects securing a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.

B.Tech. Information Technology

12th or any other equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects securing a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.

B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering

12th or any other equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as optional subjects securing a minimum of 50% marks in Mathematics and 50% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.

B.Tech. Lateral Entry To III Semester Of B.Tech Programmes (CE, CS, EC, EE, IT and ME)

Diploma in Engineering / Technology awarded by the Board of Technical Education recognised by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Kerala with minimum 60% marks

The maximum age prescribed is 25 years

M.C.A. Computer Applications

Graduate with Mathematics as one of the main or subsidiary subjects or graduate in Electronics/ Computer Science / Computer Applications / Engineering / Technology with aggregate 55% marks in all subjects other than languages and humanities
