The COMEDK 2016 entrance examination, for B.Tech stream, was conducted on 8 May 2016.

It was held for the admission of the aspirants in UG engineering courses, in various participating institutes

Eligibility For Engineering Course

In the last two years of 10+2/second PCU/Equivalent examination, candidates must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English as the core subjects.
You must have secured an aggregate of 45% marks in PCM. Whereas, the same for candidates belonging to SC, ST and OBC candidates of Karnataka is 40% marks.
Diploma holders are not eligible to write COMEDK 2016

Process for Online application:

1 Visit the official portal of Comedk which looks like:

2 Register yourself by fill up all the complete details required like email id, DOB, phone number, unique photo ID proof etc.

3 After the completion of the registration, a unique user ID and password has been sent to the respective mail id.

4 Now login yourself through this user ID and password and apply for online application form (OAF) in order to fill the application form.

5 Enter all the required information followed by the personal/academic details.

6 Thereafter upload the scanned copy of the recent photograph and the signature duly signed by the applicant in the specified format.

7 The attestation from the head of the institution last studied is also required in the application form.

8 For the payment, use a credit/debit card or DD drawn in favor of COMEDK from any national bank of India.

9 Verify all the entered details and click on ‘Submit and Confirm button’.

Mock Test will be available from 20 February 2016
Last date to submit application fee offline 31st March 2016
Last date to submit application form and fee online 4 April 2016
Issuance of Test Admission Ticket/Admit card will begin from 30 April 2016
