The Southern Methodist University SMU Conference Services is “A Step Above the Rest”

From national cheerleading camps to business conferences and computer camps, Conference Services provides personal assistance to their customers through their philosophy of "One-Stop Service."

With the success of your conference in mind, Conference Services will coordinate with you to determine the appropriate university facilities, residence halls, meal plans, catering and other services for your group.

Facility Use-

The Office of Conference Services coordinates with appropriate facility managers to determine rates and schedule events in various athletic, academic, and meeting facilities.

For safety and security purposes, the university requires the presence of the appropriate professional staff in some facilities during conference events.

The conference must pay the hourly wage of persons employed during non-business hours of the facility.

Conference guests are welcome to join us in the Umphrey Lee Dining Center.
Guests may choose a Conference Meal Plan or they may pay-at-the-door.
