HPCL, as a capable Corporate Citizen, has polished the CSR model of "Making Shared Values", by connecting with the partners, group and society who are specifically or in a roundabout way required in its business operations. It has recognized four center zones for its CSR Programs - Child Care and Education, Health Care, Skill Development and Community Development to have any kind of effect to the underprivileged. HPCL's CSR exercises basically concentrates on distinguishing holes in the current arrangement of the conveyance to society and interceding genuinely with them, in order to make a long haul, maintainable effect; instead of make parallel frameworks.

HPCL will center its CSR exercises on nearby groups around which the Company lives and works like Refineries, Terminals, Depots, LPG Plants, Pipelines, Aviation Stations, Lube Blending Plants, Project areas and different workplaces, and so forth.
