Hi preet, as you want to know the details about the CPT examination so hear I am providing you the information you required.

CPT exams held twice in a year in the month of June and December. The ICAI has announced that the next date of CPT exam will be 14th June2015, Sunday.
The last date for application submission is 28 April 2015. The application submitted after 28 April 2015 will not be accepted. It should be noted that there is no provision for accepting applications after 28 April 2015 even with late fee.
The entire candidate should fill up the application from 7th April 2015 to 28th April 2015 before 5:30.

First session of exam will be form 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM having paper of Fundamental of Accounting and Mercantile Laws

The second session of the exam will be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM having paper of General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude.

As per all the student requires to obtain 30% marks in each subject and 50% marks in aggregate for passing the exam.
The minimum number requires for each paper are as:
