Selection
To get selected for the post of CRA in the DMRC the candidate has to go through a selection process comprising of the following 4 stages,

Written Test (Two papers)
Psycho Test (Qualifying)
Personal Interview
Medical examination in A-1 category

Job Profile
Customer Relations Assistants (CRAs) have to pursue their duties at the Customer Care Centre.

They are responsible for dealing with commuters including ticketing, disseminating passenger information, customer service, arranging assistance for passengers with disabilities, attending customer grievances, assisting station controller in handling abnormal situations such as crowd management, station evacuation etc.

After joining the DMRC organization, CRA are given training in First-Aid, Fire-Fighting, Security, Station Management, Telecom, Automatic Fare Collection System, General Rules and Procedures, Communication Skills and Spoken English, Customer Orientation & Soft Skills, Disaster Preparedness, etc.

The other tasks assigned to a CRA are as follows:
Catering to the needs and problems of the commuters
Looking after Metro Stations
Managing Operation Control Centers

Tentative pay
Rs. 10170 to Rs. 18500 per month
