Selection To get selected for the post of CRA in the DMRC the candidate has to go through a selection process comprising of the following 4 stages, Written Test (Two papers) Psycho Test (Qualifying) Personal Interview Medical examination in A-1 category Job Profile Customer Relations Assistants (CRAs) have to pursue their duties at the Customer Care Centre.
