Yes it is possible to crack CMAT in just 3 months, in my opinion it is moe than enough if you practice continuously

CMAT shall be conducted one time this year.

The examination consist of simple Quantitative aptitude, Reasoning, English and Gk questions.

Just go with the syllabus and not forget to solve the previous papers
