Crossroads Behavioral Health Services is here, for you or someone you know, to provide effective and affordable outpatient psychiatric care and mental health and substance use treatment. Services Outpatient Counseling Group and Intensive Outpatient Treatment Co-Occurring Disorders Women’s Group Substance Abuse Groups Community Support Groups Evaluations Pre-Screening Consultations Play therapy Marriage Counseling Psychiatry/Medication Management Psychological Testing OWI Screening Service Criteria : An Iowa resident *12 years of age or older *At or below 200% of the federal poverty level guidelines *Screen positive for possible substance use disorder The goal of ATR is to assist individuals while they’re working a program of recovery by reducing barriers and obstacles often experienced.
