The Company Secretary course is offered by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. this course has following three stages:

Foundation Programme
Executive Programme
Professional Programme

Eligibility:
The applicant should have passed Senior Secondary (10+2) examination of a Board/University constituted by law in India or any examination recognised by the Central Government as equivalent thereto

With Late Fee 9th April [A delay of 15 days is allowed after the last date]

December Examination

With Late Fee 10th October [A delay of 15 days is allowed after the last date]
