Important points pertaining CUSAT CAT Admit Card:

Candidates should keep the admit card securely with them as this document will be required during CUSAT CAT 2016 Counselling and admission as well.

If the photograph or signature was missing or found blur, indistinct or tainted in
CUSAT CAT Admit Card 2016, candidates had to affix the photo and sign in the space given .

Recently affixed photograph should be same as that of uploaded while filling the Application Form for Cochin University of Science and Technology
Common Aptitude Test (CUSAT CAT) 2016.

In such a case, the recently affixed Photograph and signature had to be attested by a Gazetted Officer of State/Central Government.
