D.A.V. College, Chandigarh was established in 1958.

Must have passed 10+2 exam with at least 50% marks in aggregate from recognized board

Admission Criteria
Students are admitted to the college on the basis of merit and an interview conducted by the Admission Committee.

Documents to be submitted with the Application Form
The following documents should be attached to the application form for admission:
• Self attested copies of Board or University Certificates

• Three copies of recent passport size photograph. (One pasted, two stapled).

• An affidavit

• Original Migration Certificate/No Objection Certificate in case of candidates want to get admission to the college from Universities/Boards other than Panjab University.

• Eligibility Certificate, wherever applicable (compulsory for foreign students) from Deputy Registrar (General) Panjab University.
