The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification for the recruitment of Constable in Delhi Police for 15000 vacancies of male and female.

Candidates should be passed Senior Secondary/Intermediate/10+2 examination from any recognized board.

Age Limitation:-

Age limit for the post of Constable (Exe) Male is – 18-21 Years

Age limit for the Post of Constable (Exe) Female is – 18-25 Years

Age Relaxation Permissible beyond upper age limit

OBC – 30 Years
SC – 05 Years
ST – 05 Years

Height-

Male contestants – minimum 165 cm
Female contestants – minimum 150 cm

Application fee

For SC/ST/Female—No application fee
For OBC/Gen—application fee is Rs. 100

Pay scale—

Pay scale Rs. 5200-20200 with grade pay Rs. 2800

Selection Process:

Selection of the best applicants will be based on the performance and marks scored in following tests:

Physical Standard Test (PST)
Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
Written Examination
Personal Interview
Document Verification (DV)

Exam Pattern:-

The written exam will be held for total 80 marks.
The exam total time duration will be of around 01:30 to 02 hours.
It will be of 10th standard exam level (CBSE).
