Applicants whose names have been set out in the rundown for Provisional Admission will gather the Provisional Admission slip from 07.08.2015 between 10.00 A.M. to 1.00 P.M. from Faculty of Science, Porta Lodge, Near Department of Zoology, College of Delhi, Delhi – 110007 and will look for confirmation in the concerned Office on or before 11.08.2015 upto 1.00P.M. as underneath:-

Competitors are required to give back the admission slip issued by the Science Faculty around the same time subsequent to saving the fees with the College concerned.

Competitors who either neglect to gather the Provisional Admission slip or neglect to look for affirmation in the College by the stipulated date and time will relinquish their claim for confirmation in the M.Sc. (Past) Course.

The Admission is Subject to confirmation of unique testament including Caste testament specifically in the event of Planned Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other In reverse Class/CW/PWD.

The Admission is Subject to generation of Eligibility declaration i.e. temporary testament/articulation of stamp s of qualifying examination.

Reservation of Seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC) in Delhi Un9iverity:

27% of total intake in each course will be reserved for the candidates belonging to OBC.

The OBC candidates shall be given a relaxation in the minimum eligibility in the qualifying examination and in the minimum eligibility (if any) in the admission entrance test to the extent of 10% of the minimum eligibility marks prescribed for the General
Category candidates.

For example, if the minimum eligibility for admission to a course is 50% for the General Category candidates, the minimum eligibility for OBC would be
45% i.e. (50% less 10% of 50%).

All those OBC candidates who meet the minimum eligibility marks in the qualifying examination and the minimum eligibility (if any) in the admission entrance test shall be eligible for admission in the order of their merit, keeping in view the availability of seats reserved for them.

If the seats reserved for the OBCs remain vacant, the said seats shall be filled with the OBC students. Only if OBC candidates possessing the minimum eligibility marks are not available in the OBC category then the vacant OBC seats shall be converted into General Category seats in accordance with the admission schedule notified by University of Delhi.

The OBC candidates who belong to the “Non-Creamy Layer” and whose castes appear in the Central List of the OBCs only shall be eligible to be considered for admission under the OBC Category.

The cut offs for admission of the OBCs have to be fixed separately keeping in view the number of seats reserved for them in each course and once a cut off has been announced for the OBCs, all OBC candidates above the said cut-off have to be admitted by the College
