Plzzzzzz tell me Scheme of the Delhi University for the OBC Reservation and please tell me how many seats are available for the OBC In the Delhi University? Third List of Candidate Provisionally Chosen for Admission on Justify In light of B.Sc. (HONS.) Examination of Delhi University to M.Sc. (Past) Course in Botany for the year 2015-2016. B.Sc. (Hons.) (Past) Course. The Admission is Subject to confirmation of unique testament including Caste testament specifically in the event of Planned Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other In reverse Class/CW/PWD. The Admission is Subject to generation of Eligibility declaration i.e. temporary testament/articulation of stamp s of qualifying examination. Reservation of Seats for Other Backward Classes (OBC) in Delhi Un9iverity: 27% of total intake in each course will be reserved for the candidates belonging to OBC. The OBC candidates shall be given a relaxation in the minimum eligibility in the qualifying examination and in the minimum eligibility (if any) in the admission entrance test to the extent of 10% of the minimum eligibility marks prescribed for the General Category candidates. For example, if the minimum eligibility for admission to a course is 50% for the General Category candidates, the minimum eligibility for OBC would be 45% i.e. (50% less 10% of 50%). All those OBC candidates who meet the minimum eligibility marks in the qualifying examination and the minimum eligibility (if any) in the admission entrance test shall be eligible for admission in the order of their merit, keeping in view the availability of seats reserved for them. If the seats reserved for the OBCs remain vacant, the said seats shall be filled with the OBC students. Only if OBC candidates possessing the minimum eligibility marks are not available in the OBC category then the vacant OBC seats shall be converted into General Category seats in accordance with the admission schedule notified by University of Delhi. The OBC candidates who belong to the “Non-Creamy Layer” and whose castes appear in the Central List of the OBCs only shall be eligible to be considered for admission under the OBC Category.
