Mark statement of semester I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII & VIII / Year I, II, III & IV, if candidate is pursuing a eight semester / four year undergraduate course (Mandatory)

Mark statement of semester I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX & X / Year I, II, III, IV & V, if candidate is pursuing a ten semester / five year undergraduate course (Mandatory).

Provisional degree certificate, if candidate has completed / graduated in or before November 2015 (Mandatory)

Degree certificate (Convocation certificate), if candidate has graduated in or before June 2015 (Mandatory)

Transfer certificate from last qualified institution (TC) (If Available).

Migration certificate (MIG) is applicable only for candidates from outside Karnataka (If Available).
