What is the required eligibility criterion for deputy collector post?

For Deputy Collector post you have to crack the State public service commission, this post is an executive post which comes under gruop-1 (gazetted).However, Assistant Commissioner Post generally comes under gruop-2.

The minimum qualification for it is you must be a graduate in any field.
