Duration - Minimum 5 years

Eligibility - B.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry/Mathematics with any one of Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics for two years/four semesters and any one of the remaining two subjects for at least one year/ two semesters

M. Tech in Energy Systems Engineering (2 years)

Duration - 2 years

Ph. D.

Minor in Energy Engineering

Duration - 3-4 years approx.

Eligibility - B.Tech./M.Tech. Degree in any of the following branches of engineering: Aeronautical/Aerospace, Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Energy, Mechanical, Metallurgy. M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics/Mathematics or equivalent
