AMIE stands for Associate Member of Institution of Engineers.

Section B is the second part of AMIE.

Those who successfully cleared all subjects in Section A can apply for Section B registration.

Corporate members (A/AM/MIE/FIE) who want to take additional degree in an engineering may also apply for Section B in their desired branch of engineering.
