TNPSC Group 4 Exam Eligibility Criteria for those Candidates who wish to apply for TNPSC Group 4 Exam need to aware with TNPSC Group 4 Exam Eligibility Criteria.

Age Limit:

Minimum Age Limit for TNPSC Group 4 Exam is 18 Years and maximum as follows:

Category of Candidates
Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Caste (Arunthathiyars), Scheduled Tribes and Destitute Widows of all castes
35 Years

Category of Candidates
Most Backward Classes / Denotified Communities, Backward Classes and Backward Classes (Muslims)
32 Years

Category of Candidates
“Others” [ i.e., Candidates not belonging to SCs, SC(A)s, STs, MBCs/DCs, BCs and BCMs ]
30 Years

Category of Candidates
For the persons who are trained in Survey in ITI in Tamil Nadu, in respect of posts of Field Surveyor and Draftsman only
35 Years

Eligibility:

Candidates must have passed S.S.L.C Public Examination or its equivalent with eligibility for admission to Higher Secondary Courses of Studies (or) to College Courses of studies.

The candidates who have not passed SSLC Examination or its equivalent are not eligible even if they possess a higher qualification.

Selection Procedure:
Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Examination, post/Unit option exercised by the candidates following rule of reservation of appointments.
