Hi I would like to have the information about the history as well as the progression of the Delhi College of Engineering and like to know if it offers Diploma course or not?

75 years of Tradition of perfection in Engineering and Technology Education, Research and Innovations" Delhi College of Engineering, (at first settled with the name – Delhi Polytechnic) appeared in the year 1941 to provide food the necessities of Indian businesses for prepared specialized labor with useful experience and sound hypothetical learning.

It contained a multi disciplinary and multi level establishment offering far reaching programs in building, innovation, expressions and model, engineering, drug store and business. The national certificate granted by the foundation was perceived as proportional to degree level for the motivations behind business.

In 1952 the school was associated with University of Delhi and began formal Degree level Programs. The bureau of Architecture later turned into the School of Planning and Architecture, now a Deemed University and Institution of National significance. The bureau of Arts and Sculpture got to be College of Arts and the branches of Chemical Technology and Textile Technology were moved out en-piece to check start of the IIT Delhi at its new grounds at Hauz Khas.

Delhi College of Engineering is along these lines the mother establishment of various national tasks including IITD, SPA, College of Arts and even the renowned FMS.
