Segment 10 of Delhi School Education Act, 1973 orders the execution of sixth Pay Commission for the representatives of perceived unaided tuition based schools from September 2008 alongside unpaid debts from January 2006. To encourage it, the Directorate of Education has issued point by point guidelines on 11.02.2009 and 25.02.2009. These directions are accessible on the site.

It is obligatory that any school, which expects to raise its expense, must present its budgetary proclamation demonstrating Income and Expenditure on each record to its Parent Teacher Association to legitimize the requirement for any climb. The schools are told to assemble General Body meeting of the Parent Teacher Association inside 30 days and send a duplicate of the minutes of this meeting to the concerned Deputy Director.

Any climb past as far as possible is illicit. Any school, which has climbed the charge without following the due strategy, is coordinated to move back the expense to the past level.

Any school which has clung to the Directorate's guidelines and where the PTA has consented to the climb inside as far as possible may proceed with the charge structure.

The school might not present any new charge.

It has likewise been coordinated that the Report Card of any tyke ought not be withheld at any cost. Further, no school administration might constrain any tyke to leave the school.

Any school which does not take after these guidelines, could confront the activity of de-acknowledgment by the Directorate.

The Government is focused on giving quality instruction to all understudies and ensuring the interests of all educators. In any case, if any abnormalities are discovered, the charge structure will be appropriately altered and change will be made in future installments.
