National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research Invites Applications for Admission to Master’s Program in Distance Education Mode .

The Admissions will be made through NIPER Joint Entrance Exam for Master’s

Master of Science (MS) in Pharmacy (2 years)

[Dept.: Medical Chemistry, Natural Products, Traditional Medicine, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacology & Toxicology; Regulatory Toxicology; Pharmaceutics; Biotechnology; Pharmacoinformatics]

Eligibility Criteria :

Candidates must have Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Respective Discipline According to the course for which he/she wants to apply

The Applicant Must have at Least Achieved 60% or 6.75 GPA (55% or 6.25 for SC/ST candidates and 50% or 5.75 GPA for PH candidates) aggregate marks in the qualifying exam
The candidates are also required to possess a valid GATE or NET or GPAT score

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the NIPER Joint Entrance Exam (NIPER JEE) conducted by the Institute

Paper Pattern

The duration of the exam will be of 2 hours

The question paper will consist of 200 multiple objective choice questions; the level of questions will be of B.Pharm & M.Sc (relevant field)

Negative marking will be done for wrong answers in the written test; as much as 25% of marks will be deducted for each wrong answer
