Group-A Officers working in Senior Scale in grade Rs. 15600-39100 (Grade pay-Rs.7600) are eligible to apply OR The officer who has worked as Group A officer in Govt. and was in the Senior Scale /grade of Rs. 15600-39100 (Grade pay-Rs.7600) before leaving the Govt service. He should have worked in Govt service for minimum 6 years starting his career as Group-A officer are eligible to apply.

PSU officers working in E4 i.e IDA pay scale Rs.29100-54500 / or equivalent CDA pattern pay scales with minimum 13 years of service (starting from E 2 level) are eligible to apply OR The officer who has worked in E4 i.e IDA pay scale Rs.29100-54500 / or the equivalent CDA pattern pay scales with minimum 13 years of service (starting from E 2 level) are eligible to apply.
