Eligibility All existing Home Loan customers who have repaid a minimum of 36 EMI’s regularly. NRIs and Staff Members of our Bank including retired staff members may also be considered by the sanctioning authority. Margin LTV Ratio of 90% or 80% as the case may be to be maintained for home loan outstanding and 30% margin on the residual value of the House Property to be maintained for the top up loan Amount of Loan Minimum amount – Rs. 1.00 lakh. Submitted documents for the application process: - Application form completed with passport size photograph. 2. Certificate of identity as a PAN Card / Voter ID / Passport / Driving license. 3. Proof of residence as recent telephone bill / electricity bill / property tax receipt / passport / voter ID Business address providers in the case of entrepreneurs/entrepreneurs. 5. Proof of employment. 6. Salary Certificate. 7. Other income proof such as rental, interest on investment, if any. 8. The balance sheet for the last three financial year for Professionals, Business & Self Employment. 9. Income Tax / Wealth Tax (if applicable) Returns over the last 3 years 10. Agreement on sale/sale agreement. 11. Approved Building Plan. 30 Year Title Deed Documents. 13. Title Proof in Revenue Records. (The attorney's attorney from the attorney & the valuable advisory opinion of the bank will be set up at the cost of the applicant) |
