Hello sir I have completed my B.Tech 1st year and took admisison in B.Tech EEE 2nd year of Dr Mgr University . Can you help me in providing the complete syllabus of B.Tech EEE 2nd year of all the semester so that I get to know about the subjects available in the B.Tech EEE 2nd year? The syllabus of B. Tech-Electrical and Electronics Engineering Program offered by Dr. MGR Educational and Research Institute is as follows: BMA13023 MATHEMATICS I FOR ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONICS ENGINEERS UNIT I: Algebra Binomial, Exponential, Logarithmic Series (without proof of theorems) – Problems on Summation, Approximation and Coefficients UNIT II: Matrices Characteristic equation – Eigen values and Eigen vectors of a real matrix – Properties of Eigen values – Cayley - Hamilton theorem (without proof) – Orthogonal reduction of a symmetric matrix to Diagonal form. UNIT III: Trigonometry Expansions of Sin n θ, Cos n θ, in powers of Sin θ,. and Cos θ,. – Expansion of Tann θ . – Expansions of Sinnθ and Cosnθ . in terms of Sines and Cosines of multiples of θ. – Hyperbolic functions –Separation into real and imaginary parts. UNIT IV :Laplace Transforms I Transforms of simple functions – Properties of Transforms – Inverse Transforms – Transforms of Derivatives and Integrals UNIT V: Laplace Transforms II Periodic functions – Initial and final value theorems – Convolution theorem – Applications of Laplace transforms for solving linear ordinary differential equations up to second order with constant coefficients.
