I want to get the details of Notification of DRDO Scientist Entry Test (SET) Exam so can you please provide me?

Defense Research and Development of Ministry of Defense DRDO conducts Scientist Entry Test (SET) every year on all India basis for the recruitment of scientists ‘B’ posts.

The notification for DRDO SET is generally published in the month of April or May every year.

DRDO SET Exam Eligibility Criteria -

Candidates having first class Bachelor degree (minimum 60 % marks)in engineering, technology, electronics, communication, mechanical engineering and computer science can apply for SET exam.

Age Limit for DRDO SET Exam is 28 years

Paper Pattern:

The exam for the DRDO CEPTAM shall be held in the following two stages:

1. Written Exam
2. Interview

The candidates will be required to qualify in both the exams of DRDO.

The written test for the Defence Research Development Organization shall be held in the objective modes having multiple choice based questions on the following:

Section I: Subject Knowledge Specific Questions (100 Questions) 400 Marks

Section II: Aptitude for Applied Research & Development (50 Questions)

Total Number of Questions: 150

Total Marks Allotted: 500

Distribution of Marks for Aptitude for Applied Research & Development:

LR (Logical Relations) 10 Questions – 20 Marks

Spatial Reasoning (10 Questions) 20 Marks

Concept Formation (10 Questions) 20 Marks

Numerical Reasoning (10 Questions) 20 Marks and

Abstract Reasoning (10 Questions) 20 Marks

Total Allotted Marks: 100
