The Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) is an office of the Republic of India, accused of the military's innovative work, headquartered in New Delhi, India. It was shaped in 1958 by the merger of the Technical Development Establishment and the Directorate of Technical Development and Production with the Defence Science Organization. It is under the managerial control of the Ministry of Defence, Government of India.

With a system of 52 labs, which are occupied with creating protection advancements covering different fields, similar to air transportation, deadly implements, gadgets, arrive battle building, life sciences, materials, rockets, and maritime frameworks, DRDO is India's biggest and most assorted research association.
