Both BITS (Birla Institute of Technology and Science) and Delhi Technological University (DTU) are among the good reputed institutes in India. You can make a choice of your own. Here I am providing you details of both: Rankings for DTU DTU is consistently ranked as one of the top engineering colleges in India. It has been rated AAAA+ by Careers 360 (Magazine) Top Engineering Colleges in India 2015. It has been ranked as the 12th best Engineering College of India in the Edu-Rand Rankings of 2015. The survey was done jointly by Edu, an Indian company and Rand Corporation, a non-profit American thinktank. Rankings for BITS A 2008 study by the Indian Semiconductor Association (ISA) found that BITS Pilani, IISc and the top five IITs accounted for 70–75% of Indian semiconductor research.
