Maharashtra State Eligibility Test directed by University of Pune for selection to the post of lecturers . Eligibility Criteria: Applicants must have Master’s Degree or equivalent P.G. Diploma (with55%marks (50% for SC/ST/PH/VH Applicants) from an institution recognized by U.G.C. Applicants appearing at the qualifying Master’s degree (final year) examination are also eligible . There is no upper age limit for M SET Exam Pattern M SET will be an objective type multiple choice type of test paper consisting of three papers. Questions Marks 50 out of 60 questions 50 x 2 = 100 50 all compulsory 50 x 2= 100 75 all compulsory 75 x 2= 150 There will be no negative marking. Exam Syllabus : Paper-I will primarily be designed to test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate. Paper-II and Paper-III shall consist of questions based on the subject selected by the candidate.
