Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT 2017) is a postgraduate level examination conducted by the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) for admission to MBA/PGDM/MCA programme offered by 169+ B-Schools of Karnataka and Bangalore.

KMAT Eligibility Criteria

For MBA/PGDM Courses:

Bachelor degree (3 years duration)/master degree in Commerce, Management, Arts, Social Sciences, Engineering/ Technology or equivalent.

Qualifying examination must be passed with at least 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates).

Appearing candidates can also apply.

For MCA Programme:

Candidates must have bachelor degree passed with 50% marks and must have studied Mathematics at 10+2 or at graduation level.

KMAT Exam Pattern

KMAT 2017 was the paper pen based test.

It contains 120 multiple choice questions divided into three sections.

The duration of the exam was 120 minutes.

Each correct answer carries 4 marks and for every wrong answer, there is a deduction of one mark.
