Eligible for LLB at the age of 37 years
Am I eligible to pursue LLB at the age of 37 years in India????????? Earlier Bar Council of India (BCI), which governs standards of legal education in India, introduced a 20 years age limit for the five-year LLB course and a 30 years age bar for the three-year LLB course But last year Bar Council of India notification published in Government of India gazette number 284 dated October, 31, 2013,that the upper age limit for candidates seeking admission to BA LLB five-year course and LLB three-year courses has been withdrawn.
