Hii sir, I Wants to get the Information About the Center for Environmental Planning and Technology Entrance Exam ?

Center for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT) University conducts CEPT entrance exam to offer admission to applicants in undergraduate and postgraduate level design programmes.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must have passed Standard XII/10+2 pattern or its equivalent Examination with Mathematics or Statistics or Business Mathematics as one of the subjects with minimum aggregate score of 50% marks for all subjects, 45% for SC/ST/SEBC category from Gujarat Board, or other state boards, CBSE/CISCE/NIOS/ISB/IB.

Or

Candidate must have passed Diploma 10+3 pattern of any stream with 50% aggregate marks from Technical Examination Board of Gujarat or other state or from a university established under Section 3 of UGC Act 1956


Examination Pattern

The entrance test is conducted in one stage through two sessions

Session 1
Visual Perception and Logical Reasoning - Imagination, Exposure to Basic Design and Interiors, Lateral Thinking
( 90 Minutes - 100 Marks - 15% Weightage )

Colour Perception and Association - Sensitivity to Colour, Visual Order, Association, Interpretation, Application, Context Analysis
( 120 Minutes - 100 Marks - 15% Weightage )

Session 1

Making and Creativity - Organizational Principles, Visualizing 3D Objects, Observational Skills, Scale and Proportions, Logic and Ordering Principles
( 120 Minutes - 100 Marks - 20% Weightage )

Drawing and Perception - Representation, Understanding of Order, Understanding of Basics of Design, Sensitivity towards Interior Spaces
( 120 Minutes - 100 Marks - 20% Weightage )

Total 400 marks with 70 % weightage
