Eligibility :
Applicants must possess Degree from any of the Universities incorporated by an Act of Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an Act of Parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under Section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 or possess such qualification as may be declared equivalent by the Government.

Age Limit:
Applicants age should be between 21- 43 years. Age relaxation 5 years is applicable to SC/ ST Applicants & for other relaxation details refer the notification.


Selection Process:
Applicants will be selected based on Preliminary Examination, Main Examination (written & interview).

Examination Fee:
Applicants should pay Rs. 300/- (Rs. 150/- for SC/ ST Applicants ) (non refundable) for Combined Competitive (Prelim.) Examination 2016 through Treasury challan under the Head of Account viz., ‘Non Tax Revenue Other Non Tax Revenue, 0051 Public Service Commission, 102 State Public Service Commission, Application/ Examination Fee Receipt Of Assam Public Service Commission’.
