JEE Main 2016 is a national level entrance test conducted for admission to Engineering, Architecture and other technological courses offered by various government, private and centrally funded institutions.

JEE Main 2016 examination will be held on 3rd April 2016 (Pen Paper Based) and 9th-10th April 2016 (Computer Based Test).

JEE Main Online Application has been started from 1st December till 31st December 2015.

JEE Main Exam Pattern

There will be three sections of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the JEE Main 2016 question paper.

There will 30 Multiple Choice Type questions in each section

The marking scheme of the exam will be +4 and -1/4.

Each question carries 4 marks.

There is a negative marking of -1/4 marks for wrong ans.
