As you asking here I am telling Flinders University IP (Intellectual property) Policy sets out principles and procedures for identifying, protecting and commercialising the University's Intellectual Property, including copyright and teaching materials. The Policy also defines the entitlements and responsibilities of University staff and students. Intellectual Property (IP) describes the application of the mind to develop something new or original which can be legally protected.
