The Union bank of India is provides a Self ATM PIN Generation through IVR service. This facility empowers you to regenerate your ATM PIN through IVR by calling up the 24 hour call center though your registered mobile number.

Generate your ATM PIN through IVR just in two steps:

Call IVR / Call Centre toll free on 1800 22 22 44 or 1800 208 2244 on 022-25751500 / 25719600 using the registered mobile number

Select option 2 ( Information on debit cards )
Select option 4 ( Register for ATM PIN)
Input your 16 digit Debit card number
Input card expiry date in MMYY format
Input your 15 digit account number
Input your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format

Reset your ATM Pin of Union bank of India:



Second step is to generate PIN:

After successful registration you will receive 8 digit trackers ID:

Call IVR again and please be guided as per voice guidance and follow the steps
Select option 5 (Generating of ATM PIN)
Input your 16 digit Debit card number
Input card 3 digit CVV which is on the back of your debit card.
Input the 8 digit tracker id received via SMS
IVR prompts you to enter PIN number of your choice
IVR prompts you to re enter the PIN for confirmation
IVR informs that the PIN change is successful
Your self generated PIN is ready for use
