IRDA full form is Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority

This is an independent agency that controls and regulates insurance businesses in India. It was constituted by Indian Government to promote healthy insurance businesses in India.

IRDA Exam details:

Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India conducts the recruitment for the post of Junior Officers in all India for its various offices.

Profile Name – Junior Officer

Total Number of Vacancy – Total 24 posts are vacant in the IRDAI, where number of vacancy are subdivided on the following basis –

UR – 13 posts
SC – 03 posts
ST – 01 posts
OBC – 07 posts

Educational qualification

You must have passed Bachelor’s Degree with the acquisition of at least 60% marks aggregate.

Salary/ pay scale – Rs. 17100/- on monthly basis

Age limit – Applicants should be within the age limit of 21 years to 30 years as on 01 January 2016 to apply for Junior Officer Post.

Enrollment Procedure – Candidates will get selection for the post on the basis of Written Test & Interview.

General Candidates – Rs. 500/-
SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Serviceman – Rs. 100/-
