Eligibility

Indian / Foreign nationals seeking admission must have passed the final examination of Bachelor Degree in Law conducted by a University duly recognised by the UGC with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

One who has appeared for final year Law Degree exam can be admitted provisionally, subject to clearing the final year exams.

Core Module

It follows trimester system for 1 year LLM Programme. The course structure is as follows:

Trimester – I
The first term shall have the following three foundational/compulsory papers of three credits each.
a) Legal Research Methodology
b) Comparative Public Law
c) Law and Justice in a Globalized World

Trimester – II
The second term shall have four papers of two credits each from the areas of specialization.

Trimester – III
The third term shall have two papers of two credits each from the areas of specialization, and compulsory Dissertation. Dissertation shall have minimum of 5 credits.
