An admission to the M.Tech programmes at NSIT is through the GATE scores. Alternately candidates may also appear for a written test if they have not appeared for GATE.

M.Tech in

Information System under the Division of Computer Engineering

Signal Processing under the Division of Electronics and
Communication Engineering

Process Control under the Division of Instrumentation & Control Engineering

NSIT M.Tech Eligibility Criteria:

Candidates must have passed B.E./B.Tech. degree in Electronics & Communication/Computer/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation & Control Engineering from recognized University/ Institutions.

OR

A candidate must have passed in the A.M.I.E.(India) Exam with appropriate specialization /Grad. I.E.T.E.(India) AMIE(London) or any other examination in the concerned branch recognized as equivalent to B.E. degree by the University of Delhi.

Candidates must have qualified in GATE

Age Limit: at least 21 years

NSIT Selection Procedure:

On the basis of GATE scores followed by a personal interview

If any vacancy remains after the admissions of the GATE applicants, the same will be filled through a written test.
