[Well i got my sons admitted in GD goenka thinking i will give them the best i can provide and was thinking that the school will give them a cosmopolitan enviroment and respecting students from all culture and faith. My request to you is that we should keep religion away from school and not try and shove any thing down their throat. I do respect each and every faith and religion, but keeping it out of school curiculam is best. I was quite taken aback to see gayatri mantr competition in school. It seemed like my child was studying in shishu vidya mandir. If you are making them learn gayatri mantr then also make them learn things from all scriptures, otherwise just cut it out. I have nothing against anybody' s faith but lets keep it personal. If this continues then i will have to take my children out Thank you, A concerned mother. |
