Can you tell me when will be the application for Goa CET or Common Entrance Test 2016 available as I want to fill it up this time?

GCET or Goa CET is a state level examination conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) for admissions to the first year of Professional Degree courses of Medical (MBBS), Engineering, Architecture, Technology and Homeopathy in the State of Goa. The entrance test is done online and in English only. There are a total of 1292 B.E seats available in the engineering colleges of Goa. The date to fill up the application for Goa CET or Common Entrance Test 2016 is over now. It was in March - April 2016. Goa CET 2016 Important Dates Availability of Application Form 3rd week of March, 2016 Deadline for submission of Application Form April, 2016 Last Date of Application Receipt April, 2016 GCET 2016 Admit Card Availability April 2016 (2nd week) Goa CET 2016 Examination Date 10th & 11th May, 2016 GCET Result Publishing June 2016 (1st week) Goa CET Eligibility Criteria Applicants must have passed Higher Secondary Education with minimum 45% of aggregate for in case of general category and 40% for SC/ST or its equivalent from Goa Board or from a standard University. One should have studied Physics, English and Mathematics as the main subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Biology as one of the optional subjects. One must be at least of 17 years for Dentistry, Medicine and Homeopathy degree courses. GCET score of the previous years is not valid for Medicine and Dentistry Degree courses. Applicant GCET score must be minimum should be 50% (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC and 45% for applicants belonging to PH category) aggregate in specified subjects. Applicant for Degree Course in Architecture must have appeared and obtained valid score at NATA conducted by Council of Architecture. Goa CET Exam Pattern The Exam will be of multiple choice questions with a total of 75 questions. The time for the examination will be of 2 hours. Applicant will get 1 mark for each correct answer and negative marking are not applicable for these examination.
