Shri Gopal Bhushan is designated as the Director of Defense Scientific Information and Documentation Center (DESIDOC) with impact from 30 June 2015. Mr. Bhushan has a Bachelor's degree in Science and Post-graduation in Operations Research and Masters in Computer Sciences (Systems Software). He is the beneficiary of "Best Scientist of the Year - 2010" Award for his extraordinary and recognized administrations to International Cooperation in DRDO. In 2012, he went to "Senior Executives in National and International Security Program" at the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, USA.
