As you wants to Apply for the Upper Division Clerk Post Let me tell you that A Upper Division Clerk The Job Profile for the Post is given below Responsibilities To maintain all mahavidyalaya ledgers, financial documents, accounts and relevant files. To collect and deposit in bank mahavidyalaya fee and prepare all documents consented with collection and depositing and accounting of mahavidyalaya fees. To prepare pay and allowances bills for mahavidyalaya staff. To maintain mahavidyalaya office (including H.O.D. office & Administrative Incharge office) and office stores and equipment. To hold on his/her charge all mahavidyalaya stores except the stores which will be on charge of relevant subject lecturers and be responsible for their security and custody. To maintain Scholar’s Register and files. To carryout all tasks allotted by the H.O.D. and Administrative Incharge. Pay Scale Pay scale for the position of Upper Division Clerk in Government organizations in India is Rs. 5200-20200 plus a grade pay of Rs. 2400 and this is the present pay scale after the 6th pay commission report. They are also paid an entry pay of around Rs. 7510 and other admissible allowances. Eligibility for the Post Education Qualification For applying to the position of Upper Division Clerk in Government Organizations in India, candidates must be graduates in any discipline with not less than 50% of marks. Age Limit Maximum age limit of candidates for applying to the position of Upper Division Clerk in Government Organizations is 27 years and minimum age requirement is 18 years.
