Responsibilities
To maintain all mahavidyalaya ledgers, financial documents, accounts and relevant files.
To collect and deposit in bank mahavidyalaya fee and prepare all documents consented with collection and depositing and accounting of mahavidyalaya fees.
To prepare pay and allowances bills for mahavidyalaya staff.
To maintain mahavidyalaya office (including H.O.D. office & Administrative Incharge office) and office stores and equipment.
To hold on his/her charge all mahavidyalaya stores except the stores which will be on charge of relevant subject lecturers and be responsible for their security and custody.
To maintain Scholar’s Register and files.
To carryout all tasks allotted by the H.O.D. and Administrative Incharge.

Pay Scale
