Graphic Era University, is a deemed university located in Clement Town, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.

The university was founded as 'Graphic Era Institute of Technology' in 1993 and in 2008 it has accorded with the status of Deemed University.

Yes, there is a uniform for student in this University and the students are required to adhere to the defined dress code while engaging in academic activities in the campus such as attending lectures or working in laboratories.

However the students are allowed to wear the casuals other than uniform, two days in a week.
